The Sleep Expert elevates and enhances the in-store customer experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role executes Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supports a seamless omnichannel experience, creating an engaging environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts help customers choose mattresses and improve their sleep while building strong customer relationships and driving individual sales performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchases, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and services.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
