About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates and enhances the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role uses Mattress Firm selling programs and digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience and create a compelling, engaging environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts help customers find suitable mattresses and improve their sleep while contributing to individual sales performance and company initiatives.

Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship; proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 or more pounds.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
Maintain customer relationships during and after purchases, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
Stay aware of competitors, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
Lift, push, or pull 50 or more pounds.
