About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates and enhances the customer's in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role executes Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supports a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling and engaging environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts help customers find suitable mattresses and improve their sleep while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 or more pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and services.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
