About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates the customer’s in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role involves learning about sleep and Mattress Firm products, executing selling programs with digital tools, and supporting a seamless omnichannel experience in a compelling environment centered on the customer. The position includes base pay or uncapped commission, with additional bonus opportunities potentially available for eligible roles at the Company’s discretion.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull more than 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and the services they offer.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull more than 50 pounds.
