The role executes Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supports a seamless omnichannel experience, creating an engaging environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts help customers find mattresses and products that support better sleep while delivering an exceptional retail experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
