About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role executes Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supports a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts help customers find mattresses and products suited to their needs and build customer relationships before and after purchase.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull more than 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and keep the customer at the center of the in-store experience.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge as a subject matter expert.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and their services.
• Use social media to positively affect brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull more than 50 pounds.
