About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
Stay aware of competitors, their advertisements, and services.
Use social media to positively affect brand awareness and increase sales.
Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
