About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates the customer's in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role uses Mattress Firm selling programs and digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience and create an engaging environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts help customers find suitable mattresses and improve their sleep while driving individual sales performance and key performance indicators.

Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 or more pounds.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong customer relationships and keep the customer at the center of the experience.
Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
Maintain customer relationships during and after purchases, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
Stay aware of competitors, their advertisements, and their services.
Use social media to positively affect brand awareness and increase sales.
Use digital tools and execute Mattress Firm selling programs to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
