About The Position

We provide clinical consultation and treatment for individuals diagnosed with Sleep Disordered Breathing conditions. We are dedicated to helping our patients improve their lives through better sleep. This role is a great fit for someone coming from a strong customer service, healthcare, or sales background who wants to move into a meaningful and stable healthcare career. This is a permanent full-time position. As a Sleep Clinician, you’ll work closely with patients both in-person and virtually to guide them through their sleep therapy journey.

Requirements

• Strong customer service or patient-facing experience
• Confident communicator who can explain things clearly and simply
• Comfortable recommending products and guiding purchasing decisions
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through
• Positive, empathetic, and solution-focused
• Comfortable with hands-on interaction (training provided)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, medical admin, or sleep therapy
• RRT, RN, or RPN designation

Responsibilities

• Educating patients on sleep apnea in a simple, supportive way
• Demonstrating how to use CPAP machines and accessories
• Helping patients choose the right equipment for their needs
• Troubleshooting issues and answering questions
• Processing sales, creating invoices, payments, and managing inventory
• Coordinating with insurance providers to secure coverage
• Maintaining accurate patient documentation
• Providing ongoing support to ensure long-term success with therapy
