About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Sky Square Intern to join their team. This internship offers valuable real-world experience for students, preparing them for a future in hospitality. The intern will participate in a training program with rotational assignments and hands-on participation to gain in-depth knowledge of Hospitality@WORK execution and processes. The role is based in a corporate office setting, focusing on providing an unparalleled hospitality experience to clients through office management, meeting & event services, and guest service. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all employees entering the workspaces within the Paramount offices, making a hospitality presence known throughout the building.
  • Create relationships with employees in the workspaces aligned to you, learning about their in-office needs and being able to anticipate them.
  • Use reservation tools to ensure that employees have the proper spaces reserved, ensuring they have productive time while on-site.
  • Work with employees to plan their on-site meetings, resulting in flawless execution, and the maximum utilization of proper room sizes, including catering, audio visual, etc.
  • Be the eyes and ears of the building, ensuring that if things are not as they should be, we input tickets appropriately and detailed to have quick resolutions before a client would see them.
  • Be the first line of troubleshooting for conference room equipment, being able to quickly resolve and result in meeting timeliness.
  • Provide responsive, “on demand” services to clients and employees.
  • Become the hospitality hub for your aligned workspaces, between facilities, AV, IT, F&B, janitorial, etc. resulting in clean, usable, and reservable spaces.
  • Work closely with management to understand the vision of the product (Hospitality@WORK), assist with project as needed, and provide support to the entire team.
