Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Sky Square Intern to join their team. This internship offers valuable real-world experience for students, preparing them for a future in hospitality. The intern will participate in a training program with rotational assignments and hands-on participation to gain in-depth knowledge of Hospitality@WORK execution and processes. The role is based in a corporate office setting, focusing on providing an unparalleled hospitality experience to clients through office management, meeting & event services, and guest service. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all employees entering the workspaces within the Paramount offices, making a hospitality presence known throughout the building.
Create relationships with employees in the workspaces aligned to you, learning about their in-office needs and being able to anticipate them.
Use reservation tools to ensure that employees have the proper spaces reserved, ensuring they have productive time while on-site.
Work with employees to plan their on-site meetings, resulting in flawless execution, and the maximum utilization of proper room sizes, including catering, audio visual, etc.
Be the eyes and ears of the building, ensuring that if things are not as they should be, we input tickets appropriately and detailed to have quick resolutions before a client would see them.
Be the first line of troubleshooting for conference room equipment, being able to quickly resolve and result in meeting timeliness.
Provide responsive, “on demand” services to clients and employees.
Become the hospitality hub for your aligned workspaces, between facilities, AV, IT, F&B, janitorial, etc. resulting in clean, usable, and reservable spaces.
Work closely with management to understand the vision of the product (Hospitality@WORK), assist with project as needed, and provide support to the entire team.
