About The Position

Will be responsible for researching, coordinating, designing and implementing tool engineering and designs job for maintaining and enhancing ADP. This position will review, document, research and disposition the request to support as required. This position also may travel to suppliers when required to review issues, aid in resource and work tooling related activities. This position is necessary and in agreement with the program office to properly staff the Tool engineering team as a critical support organization. This position will be the Tool engineer for concepting tool designs on an ADP program.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
5 or more years of engineer experience
Experience in SAP and MS Office tools, with experience in data analysis and presentation
Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6
Experience with 2D drawings and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
Experience with aircraft design, development, and production
Experience with tool design and fabrication principles
Clearance required to apply
Must be a US Citizen

Nice To Haves

Experience with Additive Manufacturing techniques, technologies, and applications
Experience with CATIA V5 Functional Tolerancing & Annotation (FT&A) or Model-based Definition (MBD)
Proficient as a Tool Engineer/Designer in the aerospace field
Proficient with industry standards such as ASME Y14.100, ASME Y14.5
Demonstrated success working both independently and collaboratively as a functional lead
Demonstrate good communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

Researching, coordinating, designing and implementing tool engineering and designs job for maintaining and enhancing ADP.
