This isn’t your typical 9–5 job. This is a high-performance, intelligence-driven role for individuals who can think critically, act decisively, and execute with precision under operational pressure. The repossession industry plays a critical and often overlooked role in the U.S. financial system. It enables lenders to responsibly extend auto credit at scale—supporting loan approvals, reducing risk exposure, and maintaining stability in consumer lending markets. Without it, access to auto financing would become more restrictive and costly for everyday consumers. At National Asset Recovery Specialists, Inc. , we support that system through compliant, professional, and efficient collateral recovery operations. We are a trusted leader in the repossession industry, built on integrity, accountability, and results. Our team is composed of individuals who take ownership of their work and consistently perform at a high level in a fast-moving environment. If you are detail-oriented, resourceful, and motivated by results, this is an opportunity to build a career in a growing and performance-driven field. As an Asset Recovery Intelligence Specialist, you will serve as a critical operational link within our recovery network—supporting both intelligence gathering and mission execution. You will analyze data, conduct skip tracing investigations, and identify vehicle locations tied to active repossession accounts. Most importantly, you will play a central role in routing and dispatch coordination , ensuring field recovery agents are directed to target assets efficiently, accurately, and without delay. This role combines investigative research, data analysis, and real-time operational coordination with field agents. You will function as a key communication and routing hub between office operations, recovery agents in the field, and client stakeholders—ensuring that actionable intelligence is translated into seamless field execution.
