This is a part-time Instructor position, 26 hours a week, reporting to the Dean of Workforce Development, College & Career Pathways. The role involves instructing and lecturing on assigned topics, facilitating skill labs, preparing materials, managing classroom activities and attendance, and assisting with participant recruitment and intake. The instructor will also be responsible for collecting, compiling, and reporting program and participant data, maintaining participant records, and representing the program at events. Specific duties for GWO (Global Wind Organisation) training include ensuring equipment and facilities meet high standards and statutory requirements, delivering training according to syllabus and applicable standards, legislation, and the Atlantic Cape Quality Management System (QMS), and supervising students safely and professionally during theoretical and practical sessions.
