Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in your trade preferred. All levels welcome – from apprentices to master-level and management professionals.
Valid trade license or certification where required by state or local jurisdiction (e.g., Journeyman/Master Electrician, EPA 608 for HVAC, relevant robotics or controls certifications).
Strong command of trade-specific tools, equipment, and safety practices.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform duties in various environmental conditions.
Strong communication, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced field environments.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for most field roles.

Nice To Haves

Trade school, apprenticeship, or technical certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems and equipment according to code, specification, and manufacturer guidelines.
Follow all OSHA, local, and client-specific safety regulations – always working to protect yourself and your crew.
Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to complete work accurately.
Use diagnostic tools and meters to identify faults and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to keep work on schedule and on budget.
Maintain accurate work orders, service reports, and compliance records.
Stay current with new equipment, codes, and technologies in your trade.
