About The Position

In this role, you will make an impact by delivering high-quality skilled work using the right tools, equipment, and techniques to meet manufacturing standards with minimal supervision. You will maximize equipment reliability by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve uptime. You will strengthen safety on the floor by following HSE protocols, using PPE, and proactively identifying and addressing hazards. You will improve product quality by adhering to specifications, conducting inspections, and ensuring all work meets craftsmanship standards. You will support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, solving problems, and contributing ideas to enhance processes and material flow. You will enhance operational efficiency by accurately documenting maintenance activities and providing feedback to improve preventive maintenance systems. You will collaborate effectively with team members and support staff to resolve issues, share knowledge, and meet production goals. You will maintain a clean and organized workspace while staying flexible to take on additional tasks that support overall business success.

Requirements

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Some weld experience needed.
