About The Position

Bothe Associates Inc. is a family-owned machine shop with 75 years of experience in Kenosha. Due to growing workload, we are launching a brand-new Weekend Shift and hiring two highly skilled Milling CNC Machinists. This role offers a flexible, rewarding schedule, allowing you to work just three days per week (Fri–Sun) while being paid for 40 hours, providing a 36-hour weekend schedule that allows for more personal time.

Requirements

• 5+ years setting up and operating CNC Milling Machines, including 5-axis mills in a job shop environment
• Ability to work Fully Independently
• Ability to program, read programs, and interpret blueprints
• Experience making edits, offsets, and tool changes
• Expert-level G-Code knowledge
• Your own basic tools
• 5+ years of experience running CNC Mill Machining Centers, including 5-axis setup in a job shop environment
• Ability to work fully independently
• Ability to train Monday – Thursday on 1st shift 5am - 3:30pm
