About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Axis CNC Milling Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team producing complex, tight-tolerance components for high-performance industries, including aerospace. This is a hands-on, shop-floor role working with advanced CNC milling equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. You’ll support machining of large, complex parts where precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship directly impact production success. Requirements

3+ years CNC machining experience (setup and operation required)
Experience setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers (2-axis through 5-axis preferred)
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
Skilled with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and inspection tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Nice To Haves

Aerospace or high-precision machining background strongly preferred
Experience holding tight tolerances (±0.0005” or better preferred)

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (2-axis through 5-axis and multi-axis equipment)
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications
Select and install tooling, fixtures, collets, chucks, and machine offsets
Produce precision-machined components to tight aerospace tolerances
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools
Make offset adjustments and minor program edits
Monitor tool wear and machining conditions for efficiency and consistency
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and programming issues
Ensure compliance with AS9100 aerospace quality standards
Maintain accurate production, inspection, and quality documentation
Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity
