This position is for a CNC Milling Machinist on the 3rd shift. The role involves performing complex setups, edits, and operating established and New Product Introduction (NPI) jobs with minimal supervision. The machinist will ensure parts conform to specifications and requirements, make necessary modifications or adjustments, and verify dimensions using standard measuring instruments. Collaboration with the engineering department regarding material conditions, part positioning, and tool pressure is expected. The machinist must also detect faulty operations and materials and report them to their supervisor. This is a safety-sensitive position and requires compliance with FAA and DOT drug and alcohol testing rules. Employment may be contingent on verification of U.S. Person status or the employer obtaining necessary export licenses due to potential access to controlled information or technology.
