Requirements

Must be able to perform the tear down, set up, hand wash, CIP, and sanitize of all equipment and circuits associated with the blending operation.
Must have general knowledge of the cheese room.
Must maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.
Must keep all work areas neat and clean at all time, to conform to GMP and SQF requirements.
Must understand and follow all safety procedures.
Must always wear proper PPE.
Must stay until job is completed or relieved.

Nice To Haves

Work in conjunction with the Cheese Room Operators and Filler Operators to ensure an efficient operation.

Responsibilities

Cooling of cottage cheese curd and blending it with CO2, cheese dressing, fruit, and flavors according to plant SOPs and formulation.
Perform the tear down, set up, hand wash, CIP, and sanitize of all equipment and circuits associated with the blending operation.
General knowledge of the cheese room and work in conjunction with the Cheese Room Operators and Filler Operators to ensure an efficient operation.
Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.
Keep all work areas neat and clean at all time, to conform to GMP and SQF requirements.
Understand and follow all safety procedures, always wear proper PPE, and never put yourself or other employees in harm’s way.
Must stay until job is completed or relieved.
Must perform any other assignments given by Foreman or Supervisor in charge.
