Requirements

  • Candidates will be required to understand operational needs.
  • Must have the ability to CIP all circuits in cheese operation and whey transferring.
  • General knowledge of the blending deck operation.
  • Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.
  • Keep all work areas neat and clean at all times, to conform to GMP and SQF requirements.
  • Understand and follow all safety procedures.
  • Always wear proper PPE.
  • Never put yourself or other employees in harm’s way.
  • Must stay until job is completed or relieved.
  • Employment is subject to verification of an applicant’s identity and eligibility for employment in the United States as required by immigration laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Work in conjunction with Blending Deck Operators to ensure an efficient operation.

Responsibilities

  • Setting, cutting, cooking, and transferring of cottage cheese vats according to plant SOPs for each step.
  • CIP all circuits in cheese operation and whey transferring.
  • General knowledge of the blending deck operation and work in conjunction with Blending Deck Operators to ensure an efficient operation.
  • Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.
  • Keep all work areas neat and clean at all times, to conform to GMP and SQF requirements.
  • Understand and follow all safety procedures, always wear proper PPE, and never put yourself or other employees in harm’s way.
  • Must stay until job is completed or relieved.
  • Perform any other assignments by a Supervisor or Foreman.
