About The Position

Griswold Home Care for Delaware County is seeking experienced caregivers and home health aides to support clients with complex and demanding care needs, including dementia, behavioral challenges, and advanced mobility needs. The position is located in Media, Pennsylvania, and pays $16–$18 per hour. Caregivers provide hands-on personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and support during unexpected events or emergencies. Requirements

At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
Ability to pass a background check.
Two professional references.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation, or a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Assist clients with behavioral or cognitive challenges, including dementia.
Provide compassionate companionship and engagement.
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Respond decisively and calmly to unexpected events or emergencies.
