Skilled Caregiver
About The Position
Griswold Home Care for Delaware County is seeking experienced caregivers and home health aides to support clients with complex and demanding care needs in Media, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing compassionate, hands-on assistance to clients, including people with dementia, behavioral challenges, or advanced mobility needs. Caregivers also provide companionship, light housekeeping, and support in maintaining a safe, clean environment, and are expected to respond calmly and decisively to unexpected events or emergencies. The position offers pay of $16–$18 per hour, paid orientation and training, flexible scheduling, paid time off, daily or weekly pay options, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses and recognition programs, travel time and mileage reimbursement, and a Tokens of Appreciation program. Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Two professional references.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A valid driver's license and current auto insurance, or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
