About The Position
TheKey is hiring Skilled Caregivers in The Woodlands, Texas, and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one in-home support to aging adults, helping clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role offers pay of $14.50–$16 per hour, with full-time and part-time schedules available and hiring for all shifts. TheKey describes itself as a provider of private-pay in-home care for seniors and supports caregivers through local teams, training, and 24/7 caregiver support.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age and able to meet state background requirements.
- Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- Comply with state background screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and shop for groceries.
- Provide companionship through games, puzzles, and other activities that offer social and emotional support.
