About The Position

Dynamic Aviation offers a DoD SkillBridge aviation maintenance internship for currently serving U.S. military members who are eligible to participate in the SkillBridge program. The program connects transitioning service members with an aviation maintenance internship to further develop their skills and gain civilian work experience before leaving military service. The program lasts 2–6 months, and participants receive their full military pay and benefits. Participation does not guarantee paid employment afterward. Interns work under close supervision, and their work should complement rather than displace paid employees while providing significant educational benefits. As an intern, you will develop aviation maintenance skills with support from experienced A&P mechanics in a variety of areas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 0700–1600, with lunch from 1200–1300, and may not exceed 40 hours per week. Participants must provide their own tools by the completion of the program; a tool list will be provided. Dynamic Aviation provides innovative aviation solutions for customers. Its operations include aircraft modification, geographical mapping for scientific research, and wildfire suppression. The company states that it serves with integrity and excellence and prohibits discrimination on protected grounds, while also complying with applicable affirmative action obligations.
