About The Position

Synergen is seeking an Skid Steer Equipment Operator at Hydroline, a Synergen company, located in Dilley, Texas. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate Compact Tracked Loaders (CTLs), also known as skid steers. Depending on business and district needs, duties will vary between rig up, rig down, and yard projects. The operator will be expected to understand and adhere to company standards and expectations, with a strong focus on quality and safety in all aspects of their work.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in Water Transfer preferred
Current Driver’s License that allows driving a vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 10,001 pounds or greater
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members
Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals
Drive a culture where our equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable

Nice To Haves

Current safety certifications to include PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR preferred

Responsibilities

Operate CTL to deploy lay flat hose, placing road crossing and manifolds where needed
Properly inspect and maintain equipment, including daily greasing, monitoring fuel levels, noting any damage, and ensuring adequate service intervals
Attend and participate in rig up and rig down meetings, ensuring full understanding of the plan and ability to communicate it to teammates
Constantly communicate with Foreman on progress, changes, and needs for executing the project plan
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, such as JSA's, equipment inspections, and checklists
Execute work to the highest standard, meeting customer expectations safely and compliantly
