About The Position
Support and assist the head coach as needed to ensure the success of the team.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree
- 1+ years coaching at the high school or collegiate level
- Strong leadership experience is required
- Well-developed communication skills
- Current coaching certifications and/or licenses with the respective governing body is required
- Proof of a valid driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance is required when driving in the performance of the employee’s position.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head coach with team practices and competitions.
- Assist with the planning, organizing, and implementing team practices.
- Assist with the completion of all necessary league eligibility forms, rosters, and coaching materials.
- Assist in recruitment efforts.
- Assist with team needs as assigned by the head coach.
- Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission.
