About The Position

Willamette Pass Resort is hiring a seasonal ski school instructor to teach guests ski and/or snowboard techniques and help them make memories on the slopes. The instructor delivers lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels, demonstrates proper techniques, and provides advice tailored to each guest’s abilities. The role involves monitoring equipment fit and safety and maintaining a safe, effective learning environment while following resort guidelines and safety protocols. The position is located at Willamette Pass in Crescent Lake Junction, Oregon.

Requirements

• Provide expectation-exceeding customer service to all guests.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Be available to work on weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of skiing and other winter activities is preferred.
