Ski & Ride School Sales Agent - Winter 2026/27
About The Position
This role is for a Ski & Ride School Sales Agent for the Winter 2026/27 season at Mt. Bachelor in Bend, Oregon. The position involves working indoors in a high-volume business environment at the Snowsport Desk in the Gateway Building and Sunrise Rentals. Sales Agents will have significant guest contact, requiring excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with the public, sometimes under stressful conditions. Requirements
- Ability to work in a group environment both within the department and the mountain as a whole.
- Strong guest service and communication skills to develop a working partnership with guests.
- Understanding of ability levels and what they mean.
- Minimum education required: High School or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum time in related position: One year of related experience preferred.
- Minimum Age Requirement: 18+
Nice To Haves
- RTP and Flaik experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Interact with Guests in person and over the phone to assist in the sales and booking process.
- Book all SRS products in RTP and assign private lessons in Flaik.
- Assist the Sales and Private Supervisor or Lead in assigning and adjusting private lesson assignments.
- Provide overall customer service for SRS guests.
- Assist the Guest Service team in Gateway.
- Assist with on-snow needs to dispatch private lessons if needed.
- Demonstrate a “systems thinking” mindset and promote company-wide systems awareness to staff.
- Shovel snow.
