About The Position

Requirements

Three years of rental shop experience required.
Great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests using surnames when obtained.
Provide staff customer service training to staff through daily line-ups and monthly OSI trainings.
Maintain ski rental equipment inventory and quality control.
Knowledge of all work station duties and functions.
Scheduling and facilitating training for shop staff.
Help resolve issues provide training prevent them from reoccurring.
Document all staff related issues and provide information to Director of Skier Services.
Provide exceptional service to guests.
Assist with purchasing and receiving rental equipment.
Processing online rental orders, preparing and organize next day pick up.
