About The Position

Greet guests, maintain good traffic flow, and check in and out of skis and snowboards. Responsible for the safety and security of skis and snowboards in Ski Check. Maintain good public relations with guests at all times. This position will start once the snow flies!

Requirements

Must have service and people oriented personality.
Must be detail-oriented with ability to set and meet high customer service standards.
Must use proper etiquette while conversing with guests.
Must know and follow all company procedures.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, maintain good traffic flow, and check in and out of skis and snowboards.
Ensure security of Ski Check.
Maintain good public relations with guests.
Open and close Ski Check in accordance to company procedure.
Regular routine trash pickup around Ski Check area and immediate entrance to Day Lodge.
Maintain a safe entry way to day lodge at Ski Keep entrance.
Exercise sound judgment and awareness regarding language, behavior, dress and grooming.
Actively participate in RLK and Company’s Health & Safety Program by identifying and reporting potential hazards, reporting incidents, and promoting a healthy workplace.
Exercise stewardship of all RLK and Company facilities and environments, ensuring that efforts are made to reduce, reuse, and recycle when the opportunity is present.
Regular and reliable attendance.
