Ski and Golf Supervisor
About The Position
As a Ski and Golf Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the Rentals and Ski Check team and assisting the Manager during the busy Winter season as well as assist with the day to day supervision of the Golf team in the Summer. With creativity and curiosity, you will work with leadership to create and execute memorable and unique activities for our guests, owners, and community. This position has a budgeted start date December 2026. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of previous ski and golf experience.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a hospitality or resort environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service.
- Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Enforce all the facility’s rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf cars, and other golf facilities.
- Supervise the use of the reservation system and the POS.
- Assistance with Ski Valet and Ski/Snowboard rentals
