Ski and Ride School Reservations Supervisor
About The Position
Eldora is seeking a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive Ski & Ride School Supervisor to provide unparalleled learning and customer service experiences for guests and staff. This role involves supervising the operations of the Ski & Ride School Reservations Staff, indoor and outdoor reservations facilities, and assisting with guest lesson inquiries. The supervisor will foster a culture of learning, treat staff with respect to ensure retention and job satisfaction, and set the standard for professionalism and culture within the school. The position requires working calmly in stressful situations, both individually and as part of the Eldora team, throughout the season to ensure the best possible experience for staff and guests. Supervisors are expected to embody Eldora's learning culture and policies, have a desire to learn and develop personal skills through ongoing training, and encourage staff to build their brand. Access to daily schedules and company notices electronically is required. All employees are expected to support Eldora's commitment to environmental protection through the Sustainable Transportation Program. This is a seasonal position with potential fluctuations in hours based on business volume.
Requirements
- Minimum High School degree or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience working in a supervisory role.
- Experience working in a Ski and Ride School.
- Point of sale and software system exposure, ideally with Siruisware, Flaik, ADP, and/or Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a background check by company standards.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required by resort operations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise operations of Ski & Ride School Reservations Staff, indoor and outdoor reservations facilities.

- Support Eldora's corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment by participating in the Sustainable Transportation Program.
- Schedule and assign work for supervised staff.
- Handle disciplinary actions for supervised staff.
- Conduct performance reviews for supervised staff.
- Participate in hiring and termination processes for supervised staff.
- Provide training for supervised staff.
- Manage guest relations for the reservations team.
