Sitecore Application Developer
About The Position
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Sitecore Developer to build and maintain enterprise digital experiences using Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub. The position spans backend C#/.NET development, front-end work, content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades, with an emphasis on modern composable patterns and migration from legacy implementations. The ideal candidate has delivered meaningful Sitecore work in production, is comfortable with both classic XP/XM and the composable Sitecore ecosystem, and balances technical depth with editor and marketer needs. This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote in the United States. The listed annual salary range is $100,000–$150,000. The employer cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions; U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and candidates transferring an H-1B are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Five or more years of Sitecore development experience.
- Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
- Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud.
- Experience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.js.
- Solid front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- At least six years of experience, as stated in the position overview.
Nice To Haves
- Sitecore Certified Developer credentials.
- Experience with XM Cloud migrations.
- Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize.
- Exposure to multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deployments.
- Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations.
