CMGT is currently seeking a Site Visit Specialist in the surrounding areas for Baton Rouge/Livingston/Tangipahoa/Ascension.

Requirements

Attention to detail is a key part of this position.
Must be highly comfortable utilizing software (i.e., smart phones, smart phone cameras, software, etc.).
Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record as well as proof of current car insurance.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Background Check required.
Must be willing to travel around the Denham Springs area and surrounding parishes.

Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)

Responsibilities

Critically examine each community, notating any issues in need of repair, correction, or attention.
Assist Community Managers with processing letters.
Contact vendors.
Assist Corporate staff with data entry or other duties as assigned.
