CMGT is currently seeking a Site Visit Specialist in Lake Charles and the immediate surrounding areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Proof of current car insurance
• Driver's License (Required)
• Vehicle Insurance (Required)
• Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
• Background Check required

Nice To Haves

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Critically examine each community, notating any issues in need of repair, correction, or attention.
• Utilize software (i.e., smart phones, smart phone cameras, software, etc.).
• Assist Community Managers with processing letters.
• Contact vendors.
• Assist Corporate staff with data entry or other duties as assigned.
• Drive to and through communities up to 90% of the time.
• Travel around the Denham Springs area and surrounding parishes.
