About The Position

CMGT is seeking a Site Visit Specialist in the Lake Charles area and surrounding communities. The specialist examines HOA communities, documents issues requiring repair, correction, or attention, and uses mobile devices and software to record findings. The role also supports Community Managers with processing letters, contacts vendors, and assists corporate staff with data entry and other assigned duties. Work is primarily on the road, driving through communities for much of the time. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and current vehicle insurance; mileage is paid. A background check is required. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the area and surrounding parishes and reside in Lake Charles or nearby communities. Compensation is $14.00 per hour plus mileage.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; high school or equivalent is listed as preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfort using software, smartphones, and smartphone cameras.
Reliable transportation.
Clean driving record.
Proof of current vehicle insurance.
Driver's license.
Willingness to travel throughout the area and surrounding parishes; willingness to travel 100% is listed.
Reside in the Lake Charles area or surrounding communities.
Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Inspect HOA communities and document issues requiring repair, correction, or attention.
Use smartphones, smartphone cameras, and software to record and communicate findings.
Assist Community Managers with processing letters.
Contact vendors.
Assist corporate staff with data entry and other duties as assigned.
Drive to and through communities, with work described as up to 90% driving and 95% on the road.
