Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals
Multimedia First Aid, CPR—adult, child & infant; delegated nursing
Valid Ohio Driver’s License – Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles
All candidates selected to undergo the pre-employment process will be required to complete a background check, drug screen, and health screen, as applicable for the role.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s Degree preferred
supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Providing direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities
Supervising residential staff assigned to the individual’s home
