About The Position

Assured Quality Systems (AQS) is hiring a Site Supervisor in Simpsonville, KY. This role involves supervising a team of QC Inspectors for a client in the automotive and manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to meet client demand and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ related experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Active listening and problem solving.
• Organized and good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inspectors and ensure work product meets established specifications and parameters.
• Partner closely with the General Manager for day-to-day operations.
• Conduct routine analyses of in-process materials or finished goods.
• Interpret and analyze test results, identify quality problems, and recommend solutions.
• Manage all required documentation for accuracy and completeness.
