About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Parking Lot Site Superintendent for the Northeast Ohio area to oversee the construction and maintenance of commercial parking lot projects. This role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

Proven experience in site supervision, preferably in paving or civil construction.
Strong knowledge of asphalt, concrete, drainage systems, and ADA compliance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
Familiarity with construction software and reporting tools.
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision, with emphasis on paving or parking lot projects.
Applicants must be reliable, and energetic, take pride in assigned tasks, and be cost-conscious.

Degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of parking lot construction sites.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct site inspections to ensure proper grading, drainage, paving, and striping.
Resolve on-site issues and adjust schedules as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
