About The Position

Exp Federal is seeking a Site Superintendent to join their team in Tullahoma, TN. Ideal candidates are independent thinkers, self-motivated, communicate proactively, and enjoy collaborating within and beyond the project team. This is a full-time position with an hourly range of $55.00-$75.00.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years construction experience
• Understands all facets of the construction process
• Ability to pass a background check.
• U.S. Citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

• QCS Trained
• OSHA 30 Hour trained
• Trade License (Electrician, Plumber, etc.)
• Proven work experience in US Government construction management
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.
• Demonstrate experience and competency applying the principles of UFGS 01 45 00.00 (Quality Control) and EM 385-1-1.
• Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling meetings and reviewing project documents as needed.
• Collaborate with administrators on the supervision of construction operations.
• Develop dig permits, outages plans, etc. as needed to schedule the work with the end users.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
