About The Position

As our newest Site Superintendent, you'll ensure that each of your projects is executed with precision and excellence. Reporting to the General Superintendent, you’ll be the one coordinating trades and materials, driving the schedule, completing site documentation, and communicating effectively with Project Managers/Coordinators, Consultants, Trade Partners and Owners. You’ll travel for work to locations throughout BC, the Yukon and occasionally the Northwest Territories. Our teams typically work 21/7 rotations, travel in and out of various locations, work 10-hour shifts on average, and enjoy the comforts of home in well-maintained crew houses. Your day-to-day includes walking the site, inspecting the progress, checking for any quality or safety issues, and making sure everything is running according to the schedule. You’ll hold a meeting with your team and trade partners to ensure alignment on goals for the day and follow up on any potential issues from the previous day. You’ll close out your day by reviewing the schedule, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and making sure any necessary inspections or safety concerns are addressed.
