About The Position

AAA Safety Consultants is seeking an experienced Site Safety Professional to independently oversee jobsite safety operations at various project locations. The role requires travel and offers an hourly rate of $50.00–$60.00, depending on experience, plus a weekly per diem of $1,200, subject to eligibility. The expected schedule is approximately 45–55 hours per week.

Requirements

5–10 years of construction safety experience.
OSHA 500 certification.
Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and regulations.
Experience conducting safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
Willingness to travel to assigned project locations.
Availability to work 45–55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and hazard assessments.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and employee training.
Monitor high-risk construction activities, including fall protection, scaffolding, and excavation.
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Maintain accurate safety documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records.
Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment.
Promote a proactive safety culture across all assigned projects.
