About The Position

As a Site Reliability Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of SREs responsible for the availability, reliability, and performance of the company’s products. The role combines technical depth, hands-on use of AI, and people leadership. You will own the team’s contribution to availability targets, lead incident and problem management, and build telemetry and processes that keep services measurably healthy. You will serve as the escalation point for urgent customer issues and connect engineering, operations, and senior leadership. The role calls for experience in service management, cloud providers, software development, and technology infrastructure. You will set reliability, scalability, and performance practices; identify and mitigate service risks; and determine how AI and machine learning can improve reliability, reduce cost, and lower risk. You will promote DevOps and SRE practices throughout the software development lifecycle, champion automation and tooling to reduce manual work, and lead incident response and durable improvement efforts. You will also hire, develop, organize, and equip the team, provide technical guidance and coaching, and foster a collaborative culture of continuous learning and responsible AI adoption.
