Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing quality control methodologies for liquid cooling systems, coolant distribution units, heat exchangers, manifolds, cold plates, pumps, valves, hoses, tubing, and related fluid-handling equipment.
  • Experience with pressure testing, leak testing, flow verification, hydrostatic testing, and fluid-system integrity validation.
  • Ability to analyze fluid-system performance data, including flow rates, pressure differentials, temperature gradients, heat-transfer efficiency, and coolant quality metrics.
  • Experience with qualification and validation of fluid dynamics and thermal management systems for high-performance computing, AI, or data center applications.
  • Experience investigating coolant leaks, flow restrictions, contamination events, pressure losses, thermal excursions, and component failures.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and engineering analysis for process capability and quality performance.
  • Ability to establish inspection criteria and acceptance standards for thermal management assemblies and fluid-bearing systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience validating materials and assemblies for liquid cooling compatibility, including wetted materials, seals, fittings, pumps, heat exchangers, and coolant systems.
  • Experience supporting first article inspections, process validations, and product qualification activities involving thermal transfer and fluid-system performance.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and customer specifications for pressure-containing systems, leak testing, thermal performance, and fluid cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings that reflect intended and actual activities.
  • Participate in initial process design, development, and implementation to support quoting activities.
  • Evaluate and support inspection processes through inspection aids and instruction guidelines.
  • Develop and implement specialized training sessions for applicable functions.
