The Site Project Manager leads and coordinates projects involving the installation, maintenance, and operation of crane equipment and services at job sites. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and knowledge of crane operations and safety protocols. The manager defines project scope with clients and internal stakeholders; oversees budgets, schedules, resources, site operations, engineering support, safety, compliance, quality assurance, documentation, and financial management; and works with clients and cross-functional teams to address project needs and resolve issues. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field and at least 10 years of project or program management experience, preferably in the crane or heavy equipment industry, as well as a valid driver’s license. A master’s degree is a plus. The job is normally performed in an office or office-like environment with minimal to moderate noise. Some job-site visits and automobile travel are required. The employee routinely sits, stands, walks, presents, handles objects, reaches, and speaks and hears effectively; sometimes stoops, kneels, bends, or crouches; and occasionally lifts or moves up to 25 pounds.
