The Site Parts Manager is responsible for monitoring store sales performance, identifying and solving problems, developing customer relations, and supervising store employees. This role ensures proper processes are in place to minimize inventory shrinkage, manages merchandise receiving and stockroom organization, and creates a safe work environment. The manager also works to minimize employee time loss due to injuries and complies with company policies. They collaborate with the District office on procurement card controls and negotiate with non-NAPA vendors.
