About The Position

The role of the Facility OEM Manager is to manage and grow the site OEM program. This includes monitoring and managing facility KPIs, coordinating daily logistics updates with the customer, and working with People and Culture to strategically recruit for expansion. The manager will identify opportunities for improvement, mentor and provide for the job welfare of all subordinate employees, and supervise a safe and effective work environment. This also involves managing operational equipment, resources, installation products, and inventory. The role requires coordination with internal and external teams for issue resolution and actively managing relationships with local customer operations and logistics teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years management experience in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated management of teams
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation and the ability to be on time
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering experience preferred
  • Exposure with ISO Quality Management Systems
  • Customer facing experience preferred
  • Six Sigma White/Yellow Belt preferred
  • Outgoing personality

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage facility KPI’s
  • Coordinate and provide daily logistics updates to the customer
  • Work with People and Culture to strategically recruit for expansion of current application facility
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Mentor and provide for job welfare of all subordinate employees; this encompasses management, hiring, developing, and holding employees accountable.
  • Supervise and ensure safe and effective work environment, including all operational equipment, acquisition & storage of resources and installation products as well as maintaining an active, accurate inventory
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external teams to execute issue resolution. This includes Finance, Technical, Operations & Accounting.
  • Actively manage relationships with local customer Operation & Logistic teams to facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Additional duties as specified by management.
