About The Position

Fabletics is currently looking for a Site Merchandiser – Men’s. As the Site Merchandiser, you will support the execution of site merchandising strategy for the men’s business. This role will be responsible for helping drive an engaging, conversion-focused site experience by analyzing business data, supporting A/B testing initiatives, and guiding offshore teams on product build and execution. You’ll serve as a key contributor within the Ecommerce team, partnering closely with Ecom Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Studio teams to ensure the men’s site experience is optimized, on-brand, and aligned to business goals. This role reports into the Senior Site Manager and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in site merchandising, ecommerce, or a related digital retail role.
  • Experience supporting or executing site strategy within an ecommerce environment.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and a comfort interpreting test results to support site decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, marketing, and creative/studio teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Agile and adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • A strong communicator who can clearly articulate direction to cross-functional partners and offshore teams.
  • Collaborative by nature, with a team-first mindset and the ability to build relationships across departments.
  • Data-informed with a curiosity for understanding how site decisions impact business performance.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a keen eye for detail on the customer-facing experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with or coordinating offshore or production teams is a plus.
  • Retail, fashion, or activewear experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of site merchandising strategy for the Men’s business in partnership with the Senior Site Manager.
  • Analyze business performance data and surface insights to inform site decisions and optimize the customer journey.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives, including setup, monitoring, and post-test analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to offshore teams on product build, content execution, and site updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecom Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Studio teams to ensure seamless site execution.
  • Manage timelines and cross-functional dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of site updates and launches.
  • Monitor site performance and customer behavior, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to planning sessions and post-launch reviews, sharing learnings and optimization opportunities.
  • Help maintain site best practices, including product taxonomy, page sequencing, and content hierarchy.
  • Monitor and optimize site search performance, including keyword tuning, search result relevance, and no-results resolution to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Availability for occasional evening and weekend work to support key launches or time-sensitive business needs.
