This position will assist in the enhancement and improvement of our Ecommerce online guest experience and collaborate with multiple partners to execute a merchandise strategy to drive sales growth. The role is responsible for supporting the successful launch of all merchandise for Destinations, Brands and Events, and for the day-to-day communication and coordination on all matters related to merchandise launches. It involves managing creative submissions and approvals with key internal and external partners to ensure timely product launches, and reviewing eCommerce performance against all DTC KPIs and SLAs. The Site Merchandiser will work closely with a 3rd party service provider to ensure a high-quality guest merchandise shopping experience.
