About The Position
Centurion is seeking an experienced Physician to serve as the Site Medical Director at the Faribault Correctional Facility in Faribault, Minnesota. This position provides clinical direction for service delivery, direct patient care, and clinical supervision for medical staff at the assigned site, reporting to the Statewide Medical Director. The Medical Director collaborates with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services and participates in committees such as Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required.
- Active and unrestricted MD/DO Minnesota license.
- Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
- Ability to pass credentialing and background check.

- Leadership/directorship experience preferred.
